Fisher, Karla Shepherd

Karla Shepherd Fisher, a beloved daughter, mother, and NaNa, left us early Monday morning unexpectedly at her home.

Karla is survived by her father, Donald Shepherd; daughter, Leanna Fisher; son, Jonathon Carroll; grandsons, JJ Carroll and Kaysen Richardson.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Shepherd and her brother, Billy Shepherd. Karla was born on February 18, 1968 in Illinois.

She was an avid outdoor person who loved spending most of her time at the river or hiking in the mountains. She is described as being happy, spunky, loving, generous and the funniest person you could ever meet. She always kept a smile on people’s faces and she will be missed more than she could ever know.

Visitation will take place Sunday, November 22, 2020 at McCoy Funeral Home from 1-2 pm. A graveside service will immediately follow at New Mt. Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
