Felter, Mildred Perkinson

Mildred Perkinson Felter, 95, of Christiansburg, VA., passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2008. She was born in Washington, NC on October 29, 1912 to Norman and Leonora Corey Perkinson but spent most of her years living in Baltimore, MD.

In 2001 she moved into English Meadows Senior Living in Christiansburg, VA to be near her niece, Norma Jean Nelson. In December 2007, she moved into Heritage Hall, Blacksburg, VA where she resided until her passing.

She survived her husband, Lawrence Felter, and her sister, Dorothy Olivia Frazier, and is survived by her niece, Norma Jean Nelson, great niece, Erin Marie Nelson Wheeler, and great nephew, Timothy Charles Nelson.

She will be interred in Wise, NC.
