Farmer, LaCosta “Lulu”

LaCosta Lynn “Lulu” Farmer, 47, of Christiansburg passed away on May 11, 2022. LaCosta was preceded in death by parents, Roger and Linda Farmer; grandparents, Thomas and Verstle Hinkley and Frances and Henry Farmer.

LaCosta is survived by her sisters Mitzi and Jonathan (Jonboy to her) King, Tanya Farmer and Mitch Ratcliff and Victoria and Ronald Williams; aunts, cousins, friends as well as her dogs she loved: Annie Bee, Gizmo, Nacho, and Maxwell.

LaCosta was truly an Angel in disguise. She loved everyone and they loved her. She always had a smile on her face and a hug and a kiss on the cheek to give. LaCosta, we know you are happy now and love seeing mom and dad. You are not hurting or suffering any more. Just know our hearts are hurting, but we love you and will see and hug you again.

LaCosta’s wish is for people to wear purple, red, or blue to her visitation and burial as these were her favorite colors. Visitation will be held at Horne Funeral Home on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 5-8:00pm. A funeral service will take place at 1:00pm at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, May, 15, 2022 with Brian Waters officiating. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Gardens beside her mom.
