Farmer, Ellen Louise Cole
Ellen Louise Cole Farmer, 75, of Pulaski, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012 at her home. Born March 4, 1937, in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late William Lawrence Cole and Blanche Belle Kanode Cole. Her Husband, Bayne Benson Farmer; sisters, Virginia Bailey, Mary Cress, Faye Owens and Betty Donithan; and brother, Roland Cole also preceded her in death. She was retired bus driver with over 30 years of service with Pulaski County Schools. She was also a volunteer for the Pulaski Daily Bread. Surviving are her children, Diana Lambert and husband, Richard, of Bland, Gary Farmer and wife, Sheri, of Warrenton; six grandchildren, Jamie Foutz, Adam Carroll, Katie Farmer, Ryan Farmer, Megan Farmer and Laura Farmer; five great-grandchildren, Trevor, Laken, Maya, Peyton and Brady; special nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Bobby Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until service time Thursday at the Bower Funeral Home.
