amem_hydrangea.jpgAlice Gypsia Hall Farmer, age 90 of Pulaski passed Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Heritage Hall, Blacksburg, Virginia. Born April 10, 1922 in Snowville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Richard Burley Hall and Ida Weeks Hall. Her husband, Herman Jackson Farmer and a number of brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Stafford’s Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church, Pulaski.

Surviving- Daughter- Lyda Farmer Hinkle and husband, William-Dublin. Sons- Theodore Farmer and wife, Sharon-Pulaski. Larry Farmer-Pulaski. Special Grandson- Mark Timothy Burnette-Pulaski. and numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Two Sisters- Joretta Lawrence and Oneva Brown-both of Salem.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 A.M. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. H. T. Atkinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hall Family Cemetery, Snowville Community. The family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to service time at the Bower Funeral Home.
