Eva, Alice Lorrene

Alice Bryant Eva, 88, of Christiansburg, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013. Alice served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict, followed by a career in civil service as a keypunch operator. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Christiansburg. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Maudie Rhyan Bryant; and her husband, Richard Eva.

She is survived by her sons, Richard and his wife, Lori Eva, and Billy J. Eva; and grandchildren, Ashley Eva, Rich Eva, Austin Eva, and Erik Eva. The Funeral Service will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at Horne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Interment will be in Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pa., at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013.
