Eskew, Cora Alice Graham

Cora Alice Graham Eskew, 85, of Newbern, Va. passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at her home. Born January 9, 1922 in Snowville, Va., she was the daughter of the late Enos Kyle Graham and Nannie Kathleen Thornton Graham. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by two sisters, Clarice Graham East and Dorothy Graham Mills; and two brothers, Elvin Graham and Andrew Graham.

She was retired from Pulaski Furniture Company.

Surviving are her sons, Bill Eskew of Rice, Va., Paul Eskew of Haymarket, Va., and John Eskew of Columbia, Md.; daughter, Darlene Turpin of Christiansburg, Va.; sister, Annie Wilson of Graysontown, Va.; brother , Lawrence Graham of Radford, Va.; six grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 5, 2007 at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Danny McGlothlin officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday evening, October 4, 2007 at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
