Edwards, Michael W.

Michael W. Edwards passed away October 18, 2008. He was born October 8, 1950 in Martinsville, VA, and was the son of the late Mildred Alley Edwards and Andrew Harding Edwards.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Peak Creek Mission of Prayer Church, and a member of the V.F.W. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Edwards. He is survived by his wife, Sara Patton Edwards of Pulaski: two sons; Ricky A. Edwards of Dublin, and Mike S. Edwards and his wife Amanda of Roanoke: two brothers; Terry Edwards and his wife Helen of Marietta, GA, and James A. Edwards of Pulaski: two sisters; Elizabeth Pope of Pulaski, and Susan Caviness and her husband T.W. of Dublin. Also survived by a grandson, Shane Edwards of Dublin.

Funeral services will be held MONDAY October 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. here at SEAGLES. Visiting will be SUNDAY here at SEAGLES from 6 until 8 p.m.
