Edwards, Linda Lewis

Linda Lewis Edwards, 59, of Dublin, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2006 at Pulaski Community Hospital. Born in Radford, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late William Nuel Lewis and Lucille Elkins Lewis. Two brothers, David Eli Lewis and Richard Foy Lewis also preceded her in death.

She worked for New River Community Action (Head Start) and was also employed by Deli-Mart, Fairlawn.

Surviving are daughter, Janet Marie Murphy, Pulaski; son, Ronald Thomas Murphy, Dublin. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, 2 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. John Collins officiating. Interment will follow at the Moore-O’Dell Cemetery, Hiwassee.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
