Edwards, Frank H.

Frank H. Edwards died October 18, 2007. He was born on October 21, 1920 in Carroll County, Virginia, and was the son of the late Roe Bell Roope Edwards and Jasper Edwards.

He was a retired self employed Carpenter, and a veteran of WWII having served in the United States Army, and was a former member of the Dora Highway Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Tilley Roope Edwards, a sons Dennis and Ellery Edwards, and a daughter, Connie Linkous.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Irene and Gary D. Edwards of Pulaski: son-in-law, Don Linkous of Radford. Also survived by four grandchildren; karen Edwards and her husband Ken Poisson, Yvette Haga, Michelle Linkous, Mike Linkous and his wife Shannon and five great-grandchildren; Justine Haga, Jayce Haga, Haliey Linkous, Emily Poisson, aqnd Talia Poisson.

Funeral services will be held Sunday October 21, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. here at SEAGLES. Visiting will be one hour prior to the service.
