Edwards, Blaine McKinley

Blaine McKinley Edwards, 54, of 2865 Mt. Olivet Road, Pulaski, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2008, in the New River Valley Medical Center, Radford. He was born in Carroll Co, VA on June 28, 1953 and was the son of the late John Henry Edwards and Gracie Ethel Dalton Edwards. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Carless Dwayne Edwards and James Leroy Edwards.

Surviving are daughter and fiance, Teresa Edwards of Christiansburg and Jon Jensen of Christiansburg; son, Michael Edwards, Pulaski; wife Pam Edwards, Pulaski; sister, Shirley Edwards, Airst, VA; grandchildren, Sierra Edwards, Alexis Kress, Trevor Edwards, Issac Kress; four step-grandchildren; one special niece, Kisha Cook; two special sisters-in-law, Lucille Cook, Kate Edwards.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 8, at 2 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Randall Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Hufford Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visiting will be Monday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.
