Mary Juanita Edmonds, 90 affectionately known as “Peaches Clark” of Pulaski went to her heavenly home on Thursday, April 29, 2021. She was born February 19, 1931 in Pulaski to the late George Hogan and Mary Clark. She was educated at Calfee Training School and CII. She was married to the lake John S. Edmonds, Jr. She enjoyed cooking, and distributing candy to the neighborhood children. She was an Avon sales representative and known as the Avon Queen for many years. Her favorite color was red.

Mary never met a stranger and had a pleasant personality. She was a devoted member of First Baptist Church Magazine Street in Pulaski and had sung with the choir. She was an avid cat lover especially to her pet cat Scooter. She will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons: John Edmonds of Roanoke and George Edmonds of Pulaski (Clarence Rogers), daughter and devoted caregiver, Elizabeth Edmonds of Pulaski, other family members and a host of dedicated friends.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 2PM at First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Friends may call at Serenity, Pulaski on Monday, 2PM-4PM for viewing.
