Sarah R. East, 77, of Radford passed away February 12, 2019.

She is survived by her husband, George T. East; daughter, Elizabeth East Stacy and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Kathleen Stacy, Blake Stacy and Mary Jane Stacy; brother, Jack Roop; and nieces and nephews, Brad Roop, Tammy Surface and husband, Alan, Tom Eastridge and John Allen Eastridge.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, February 19 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veteran’s Cemetery.
