Dunn, Eleanor Suttle

Eleanor Suttle Dunn, 80, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at her home in Peterstown, WV. She was born April 9, 1940, to William and Margaret Ballard Suttle.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She loved her family dearly and will surely be missed.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, William, James, Raymond, and David Suttle; seven sisters, Nedra Orr, Inez Thompson, Dorothy Ratcliff, Patty Brotherton, Mae Elitchko, Bonnie Mullins, and Darlene Clemons.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 50 years, Joe Dunn of Peterstown, WV; daughter, Sabrina Krafft and husband Bill of Lewisburg, WV; son, Brian Dunn and wife Gina of Willis, VA; step-daughter, Melanie Landon and husband Frank of Chaplin, CT; four grandchildren, Aaron Dixon, Adam Dixon, Rachel Landon, and Ryan Landon; two sisters, Betty Cockerham of Fairfax, VA, and Franceina Turner of Narrows, VA; one brother, Bobby Suttle of Peterstown, WV; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Rev. Steve Howdock officiating. Burial will follow at Peterstown Cemetery in Rich Creek, VA. Visitation will be from 1:00PM until time of services on Sunday at the funeral home. Adam Dixon, Bobby Craig, Timmy Craig, Caleb Clemons, Benjamin Clemons, and Anthony Caudill will serve as pallbearers.

Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor’s Mandate, those attending the visitation and funeral services shall wear a mask and practice social distancing.
