Duncan, Walter E.

Walter E. Duncan, of Christiansburg, Va., and Chester, Va., passed away on Monday, February 2, 2011, in Petersburg (Southside Regional Hospital). He is predeceased by his son, Wallace Duncan. He is survived by his wife, Laura Bell; daughter, Gail (John) of Livingston; son, Richard (Cheryl) Duncan; brother W. Berle (Frances) Duncan; sister, Lucille Sumner; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
