Duncan, Flora Ratcliffe

Flora (Tootsie) Ratcliffe Duncan, age 82 of Pulaski, died Thursday April 8, 2010 in Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Dublin. She was born April 9, 1927 in Pulaski County, and was the daughter of the late Lena Beckner Ratcliffe and Harvey Ratcliffe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Sanford Duncan, a sister, Lillie Burnette, and a brother, George Ratcliffe. She is survived by a brother, Donald Ratcliffe of Baltimore, Md, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday April 10 at 11 a.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny McGlothlin and the Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will also be meeting at 833 Pepper Street, Pulaski.
