Ethel Lee Bandy Duncan, 82, of Pulaski, passed away Friday, January 22, 2010, at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born September 21, 1927, in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Randall and Gillie Hufford Bandy. Her husband, Price Farley Duncan; infant son, Gary Allen Duncan; two sisters, Mary Sheppard, Myrtle Vest; and brothers, John and Walter Bandy, also preceded her in death. She attended the Pilgrim’s Rest Church in Draper. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and David Wall, Dublin; sons and daughters-in-law , Roger and Jackie Duncan, Draper, James and Shelby Duncan, Beaverdam, Va., Michael and Velvet Duncan, Dublin, David Wayne Duncan, Pulaski; grandchildren , David Wall, Lisa “Missy” Wyatt, Angie Edney, Crystal Latsch and Roger Thomas Duncan; 13 greatgrandchildren; several special nieces and nephews; special friend, Tammy Lytton. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Wall and Pastor Roger Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at the Thornspring Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
