For the past three and a half decades she made her home with her daughter and son-in-law in Fairfax County, at Smith Mountain Lake, and back to where she started in Craig County.
Beloved mother and daughter, loved by family and a multitude of friends, she was a longtime member of Newport’s Level Green Christian Church. And now she is at peace and rests with the angels and her Lord. The family gives special thanks to the management, nurses and staff of Warm Hearth Village’s Kroontje Center and Good Samaritan Hospice for their genuine care and support.
