Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 58 years, Betty; daughters and husbands, Linda and John Sutherland, and Judy and Jimmy Lester; son, Eugene Duncan, all of Floyd; twin sister, Esther Griffith, of Christiansburg; brother, Marlie Duncan, of Baltimore, Md.; 11 grandchildren; and 16 greatgrandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Alpheus Atkins and Pastor Roy Turpin officiating. Interment will follow in the White Rock Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, October 8, 2010, at Maberry Funeral Home.
