Jule Shuler Dubner, age 70 of Dublin passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 in the Lewis Gale Hospital, Pulaski. She is survived by her husband- Neil Dubner Services will be private. Bower Funeral Home,Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
