James Randy Draper, age 60 of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at his home. Born May 12, 1958 in Pulaski he was the son of the late Roby Sanford Draper & Lona Mae Taylor Draper. His Son, Randy Shawn Draper, brother, Wayne Sanford Draper, Sr. also preceded him in death.

Memorial services will be held 6:00 PM – Saturday, March 23, 2019 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Vickie Viars & Pastor Bill Handy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before service time Saturday at the Funeral Home.
