Doyle, Charles Clayborn

Charles Clayborn Doyle, 86, of Pulaski, died on Monday, November 14, 2011. He was born in Pulaski on November 10, 1925, and was the son of the late Charles William Doyle and Minnie Whitaker Doyle.

Surviving are his wife, Elva H. Doyle, of Pulaski; daughter and son-in-law, Gloria D. Morris and C. Leon Morris, of Christiansburg; son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Janet Doyle, of Barren Springs; grandchildren, Barry Roberson, of Pulaski, and Derek Roberson, of Pulaski; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 18, 2011, from Stevens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. Visiting will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011, from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice.
