Dowdy, Margie Hale

Margie Lee Hale Dowdy, 72 of Pearisburg, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at her home. Margie was born on February 25, 1948 to the late Bobby E. and Mary K. Neice Hale. She is also preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Bobby E. Hale, Jr. and Shirley Hale.

Margie is survived by her partner, Charlie Kellison of Pearisburg, her children, Wayne Dowdy of Bluefield, Rosanna Seymour of Narrows, siblings, Margaret Proco and husband Darrell of Christiansburg, John Mark Hale and wife Peggy of Pembroke, Sherman Hale of Radford, James Hale and Bonnie of Pembroke, Margie is also survived by her grandchildren, Deana Estep, Amanda Seymour, Lindsey Seymour, Dalton Seymour, Josh Dowdy, Cody Dowdy and Dustin Dowdy, great grandchildren, Steven Estep, Emma Perdue, Stark Estep, Zinna Dowdy, Noah, Alaya Dowdy, Branson Dowdy and Kaibryn Dowdy.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Eddie Kendall Officiating. A burial will take place in the McCroskey Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 A.M. until time of services.
