Dove, Robert Joseph

Robert Joseph Dove, age 66, of Christiansburg died, Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born in Christiansburg, Va. on July 16, 1955 to the late Marshall Jackson Dove, Sr. and Betty Mack Davis Dove.

He is survived by his girlfriend and partner of 24 years, Jennifer Musselman; brothers, Jack Dove and wife Melani, and Roger Dove; sisters, Vickie Dove Linkous and husband Bobby, Barbara Weddle, and Shirley Dove; nephews and nieces, Robbie, Tara, Sarah, Tonya, Little Roger, William, April, and Dewayne; long life friend, David Bruce Carter; special friends and family, Mr. and Mrs Ski.

Memorial services will held Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 11:00 am at North Fork Baptist Church. The family will receive friends for 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the church. The concluding service will be held at Bobby’s house on May 7, 2022 at 2:00 pm.

A special thank you to Ross and Mike for their support and compassion during this very difficult times. My brother will be missed more than I can write or say! He was there for family, friends, and even strangers along the way. He wanted peace in his life and we all know that peace only comes the God calls us home. I love you bro.
