Liyah Nicole Dorton, infant daughter of William and Kimberly Dorton of Pulaski died Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was preceded by her Great Grandfather, William Dorton, Jr. and Great Grandmother, Mary Hurst. In addition to her parents, she is survived by- Grandparents- William Dorton, III-Floyd, Terri Dorton- Dublin, Bill & Robin Hurst-Shiloh, Aunt- Kolina Dorton-Dublin, Great Grandparents- Flora Dorton-Tazewell, Curtis & Martha Cruey-Tazewell, Garland & Helen Tolliver-Shiloh, H.J. Hurst, Jr.-Hiwassee, Graveside funeral services for the family will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at the Moore-O’Dell Cemetery, Hiwassee with Elder Ronald Bowman officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Bill and Robin Hurst, 3551 Lake Ridge Road, Shiloh.
