Donathan, Verree Marie

Verree Marie Donathan, 78, of Shawsville, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Donathan; her parents, Spracher R. Smith and Ella Sue Williams Smith; brothers, Everette Smith, Booker Smith, and Tommy Smith; and two infant brothers, Gilmer and Ras. She is survived by her children, Lori and George Miller, Tim and Diana Donathan, and Harold Donathan; brothers, Bobby Smith, Spracher Jr. Smith, Carmon Smith, and Jimmy Smith; sisters, Thelma Jean Bachelor, Ella Mertha Collins, Polly Kanode, and Maldeen Martin; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special friend, Eileen Edwards. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 31, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at Mt.
