Dixon, Bertha Myrtle

Bertha Myrtle Dixon, 79, of Dublin died Friday, May 11, 2007 in the Beulah House, Dublin.

She was born in Pulaski County on March 2, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Samuel Trail and Maude Myrtle Tabor Trail. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Garnett William Dixon.

Surviving are her daughter, Betty Duncan, Dublin; a son, Larry William Dixon, Dublin; brothers Ralph Trail, Danville and Sam Trail Jr., Concord, N.C., and grandsons Mark William Mebane, Robert Kent Mebane and William Joseph Dixon.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg with Tom Rice officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery.
