Dickerson, Ronald Lee

Ronald Lee Dickerson, 61, of Pearisburg, departed this life Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center at Radford. Born in Radford on March 2, 1955 he was a son of the late Marvin Roosevelt Dickerson and Elsie Caldwell Dickerson Woodyard. He had been employed as a glass installation technician.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Barbara Gillenwater Allen. Ronald enjoyed restoring his antique car and riding his Harley.

He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted companion, Debbie Tawney Nance of the home; his daughter and son-in-law, Candice and Travis Roberts of Shawsville; his brother, Jimmie Dickerson of Draper; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Doris Dickerson and Lee Cochran of Christiansburg and Susan and Ronald Higgs of Blacksburg; his grandson, Ryder Roberts; his special cousins, J R and Lisa Dickerson; and his very special dog, Ginger.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, April 2, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with Pastors Fred Hartman and Wayne Linkous officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours before the services. A graveside service will be conducted Monday, April 4, 2016 in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg.
