Dickerson, Mary Caldwell

Mary Frances Caldwell Dickerson, 85, of Blacksburg died, Monday, October 19, 2015, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. She was born in Montgomery County, Va. on April 25, 1930 to the late William Francis and Eliza Mae Caldwell.

She is also preceded in death by her husband, Alsie Berry Dickerson; two daughters, Maye Ellen Bibb and Hazel Pennington.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Steve Allen Dickerson, life companion, John Feliciano, Alsie Berry and Lisa Dickerson Jr.; son-in-law, David Pennington; adopted daughter, Mary Feliciano; sister, Shirley Sheppard; brother and sister-in-law, Saford and Elsie Caldwell; sister-in-law, Patsy Caldwell; grandchildren, Patrick Bibb, Kevin and Denise Bibb, Kimberlie and Jake Price, Jennifer and Jason Dickerson, Josh Dickerson, David Pennington, Jr., Katrina, Kimberly Colon, Sheila Rosario, Joey Augustin; several nieces and nephews; special nieces, Donna Johnson and Linda Hinkley, special pets, Dixie and Spike.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jube Burk, Rev. Everett Shepherd and Rev. Bobby Lorton officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
