Dewese, Robert Lee

Robert Lee Dewese, of Pulaski, passed away on April 18, 2013, at the age of 72. He was born in Covington on August 24, 1940. He is preceded in death by his father, Nenever B. Dewese; mother, Daisy Moss Dewese; brothers, William Dewese and George Dewese; and one sister, Margaret Scott. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Dewese; five children, Kathy and Howard Whitaker, of Willis, Brandon Dewese, of Dublin, Tony and Patty McGuyer, of Snowville, Jimmy and Jackie McGuyer, of Christiansburg, Phyllis and Tommy Epperly, of Dublin; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his lifelong friends, Jack and Betty Atkinson, Parley and Ella Howell, and the Cid family. The family would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Hampton and the second grade class at Crizer Elementary School in Pulaski. The family will have visitation on Monday, April 22, 2013, from 9 to 11 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m. at Midway Community Church, 484 Virginian Drive in Christiansburg, with the Rev.
