Devusser, Georgia Scott

Georgia Scott DeVusser, 78, of Radford, Va., surrounded by her family, went to meet her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 2, 2009. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Georgia enjoyed being outdoors playing tennis and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon DeVusser. Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Sharon and David Vaughn, of Christiansburg, and Karen Whitesell, of Dublin; two grandsons, Zachary Vaughn and Dylan Whitesell; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 4, 2009, at 3 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. O. D. Morgan officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 p.m. Sunday at the church.
