Dennis, Patricia Lee

Patricia Lee Dennis, age 78, of Rich Creek, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Born January 27, 1941, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Lee and Grace G. Repass Sparks.

Patricia was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge. She loved to dance and was an avid Redskins fan and Dale Earnhardt fan. Additionally, she was the #1 Lady Waves Green Wave fan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell “Hot Rod” Dennis, Jr.; two brothers; and one sister. Survivors include two daughters, Allison Falls and husband Jimmy of Pembroke, VA, and Sabrina Gautier and husband Johnny of Narrows, VA; one sister-in-law, Janice Sargent of Christiansburg, VA; grandchildren, Heath and Kristie Fleeman, Nikki and Jon Butler, Krista and Joe Dascano, and Kat and Stevie Wolfe; great grandchildren, Lainey Stables, Graclyn Butler, Porter and Madden Dascano, Weston and Kaylee Wolfe, and many more; special friends, Juanita Lucas and Joyce Reed; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Minister Tony Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Rich Creek, VA. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
