Demas, Doloris Gearhart

Doloris Gearhart Demas, age 77 departed this life January 21, 2021 at English Meadows, Blacksburg, Va. She was born in Morgantown, WVa on December 26, 1943 to the late Flora Linkenhoker Gearhart Sumner and Ralph w. Gearhart.

Doloris is survived by two sisters Shirley Gearhart Thompson McGee of Elon, NC and Norma Gearhart Saunders Lawson and several nieces and nephews

Prior to moving to Blacksburg Va, she lived in the DC area where she was a Broker/Realtor for many years before relocating to Southern Shores NC on the Outer Banks where she continued her Broker/ Realtor profession. She maintained a colorful life traveling to Europe and the Middle East. She was a delight to all her knew her.

Special appreciation and unbounding LOVE to Barbara DeHart who remained a lifelong friend and helpmate and to Jim Demas her loyal and loving friend always.

A memorial celebration will be held in the Spring or Summer at the Outer Banks of North Carolina a place dear to her heart.
