Dalton, Lowell Bradley

dalton_lowell_bradleyLowell Bradley Dalton, 68, of Blacksburg, entered into God’s Holy City on Tuesday, October 4, 2016. He was previously employed by Electro Tec and retired from Alliant Tech Systems after 18 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Eugene Dalton and sister, Lois Millis. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Nina R. Dalton; precious daughter, Bethany L. Dalton; grandpuppy, Queeny; mother, Effie Dalton, brother and sister-in-law, Titus and Glenda Dalton; brother-in-law, Chuck Millis; treasured mother-in-law and father-in-law; Elizabeth and Floyd Robinson; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Agness and John Chandler; niece and nephews, David Millis, Jasmine and John Quiett, Chad Dalton; great niece and nephew, Gwen and Simon Quiett; special cousins, Steven Robinson, Debra Walker.

The family wishes to thank the Indian Valley Church of God family for their overwhelming support during Lowell’s illness.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 8, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Poston, Rev. James Walker, and Rev. Todd DeBord officiating. Interment will follow in the Alls Family Cemetery, Mt. Tabor Road, Blacksburg.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Nina to offset expenses. The family will receive friends Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
