Dalton, Erma Velma

Erma Velma Dalton, 86, of Indian Valley, passed away Monday, March 17, 2008.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman C. Dalton. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Arnedia and Troy Woollums, of Willis; sons and daughters-in-law, Alvin Dalton and Vencil and Wilma Dalton, all of Indian Valley, and Cephas and Paige Dalton, of Willis; sisters, Tula Timms and Minnie Calhoun, both of Leesburg; grandchildren, Mark Woollums and wife, Glynda, and Denise Stilwell and husband, Dennis; four foster grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; greatgrandchildren, Mathew and Ryan Woollums and Holly Rose Stilwell; nine stepgreatgrandchildren; and two foster great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2008, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel in Floyd with the Rev. Dr. Allen Cherry and the Rev. Vinton Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow at Quesenberry Cemetery on Shady Grove Road. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at Maberry Funeral Home.
