Dalton, Dempsey Kenna
Dempsey Kenna Dalton, 69, of Narrows VA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Dempsey was a friend to all, and would help anyone who needed it. He enjoyed listening to live music, riding his Harley and was always ready for a good laugh. Most of all Dempsey was a loving father and he would be quick to say that the best thing he ever did could be found in his little girls.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Iva Mae Dalton (Ivory) and Earnest Victor Dalton, and nephew David Rose.
Left to celebrate Dempsey’s life and remember with fondness the many wonderful memories are his two daughters, Amber Danielle Wojciechowski; and Candice Mae Dalton, and his beloved son, Dalton (German Shepherd) all of whom he was extraordinarily proud of and loved more than anything in this world. Dempsey is also survived by his sister Sharon D Rose, two son-in-law’s, five grand-kids, and countless more people who knew, loved and respected him.
Although the world is a little smaller without Dempsey, he was a rock star in every way and wanted those who cared for him to celebrate his life with laughter and uplifting stories rather than tears.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home.

Sorry to hear about Dempsey. I also went to summer school with Dempsey and Larry Ingle. Had no idea he lived in Narrows. We could have been neighbors. Go easy Dempsey.
