Croy, Wanda Absher

Wanda Absher Croy, age 83, of Blacksburg, died, Sunday, September 6, 2020. She was born in Montgomery County, VA on April 27, 1937 to the late Harold, Sr. and Hattie Bland Absher. She was also preceded in death by her stepmother, Virginia Smith Absher, and brother, Harold Absher, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, William Daniel “Tiny” Croy; daughters and son-in-law, Cindy Croy and Kevin Shrader, Carolyn Croy; grandchildren, Kaleb and Rachel Shrader, Rachel and Chris Cox, Andrew Thomas, Liza Thomas; sister, Nadine Absher Price.

A drive-in memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at McCoy Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Allen officiating. The service will be transmitted via radio; friends and family will remain in their vehicles. From your cars, you may greet the family following the service.
