Harold Lee Crosier, Sr., 87, of Pulaski, died early Monday morning, December 3, 2007 in Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born April 3, 1920 in Montgomery County, Va., and was the son of the late Ola Sowder Crosier and John R. Crosier. He was retired clerk for Norfolk and Western and Norfolk and Southern Railroad, was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army Air Corp, and later in the Air Force Reserve, was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway and Airline Clerks, a member of the VFW, and a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John Crosier, Robert Crosier and William Crosier; and a sister, Ann Thompson.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Roope Crosier; three daughters, Linda Jennings of Forest, Va., Carolyn Jones and Sandra Landreth, both of Dublin; one son, Harold Lee Crosier, Jr. of Greensboro, N.C.; one brother, James L. Crosier of Christiansburg; and two sisters, Helen Owens of Shawsville and Jane Barnett of Elliston. Also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons with the Rev. Randy Winn officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin where the VFW Post #1184 will conduct Military honors.

Visiting will be anytime Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at the funeral home after 4 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, New Building Fund, P.O.
