Criner, Juanita Joyce

Juanita Joyce Criner, 78, of Indian Valley, formerly of Blacksburg, died Friday, March 13, 2015 at New River Valley Medical Center. She was born in Newport, VA on January 15, 1937 to the late Crockett Edmond and Margie Lee Lang Criner.

She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a sister, Lorraine Criner, of Indian Valley; a nephew, Tom Price, of Blacksburg, and a niece, Lois Lowe and husband, Clinton, of Blacksburg. Special thanks to her caregivers, Patty and Freddy Gallimore, of Indian Valley.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roy Junior Bentley officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg. The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 pm, Sunday evening at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg
