Cox, Treva Perdue

Treva Perdue Cox, age 97 of Christiansburg passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born January 24, 1920 in Montgomery County she was the daughter of the late Ernest Stern Perdue & Sadie Bocock Perdue. Her husband, Basil Bernard Cox and sister, Mary Lee Reed also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Son: Basil T. & wife, Prisilla Cox – Boones Mill
Granddaughter: Heather R. Cox – Roanoke
Grandson: Michael T. & wife, Lindsay Cox – Brooklyn, NY
Great Granddaughter: Natalie Dawn Morris
Sisters: Ernestine Weeks – Christiansburg; Anna Belle Thomas – Melbourne, FL

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Zane Cox officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends one hour before service time Monday at the Funeral Home.
