Sybol Ewing Quesenberry Cox, 87, of 3773 Lead Mine Road, Hiwassee (Snowville Community) passed away Friday, May 18, 2007 at the Pulaski Health & Rehab Center.

Born December 14, 1919 in Pulaski, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Robert Luther and Alice O’Dell Quesenberry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Quentin Roosevelt Cox, three brothers, Earl Quesenberry, Vance Quesenberry, Arvel Quesenberry and one sister, Virgie Quesenberry Tolliver.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis Lee and Jean O’Dell Cox, Snowville, Va., Zane and Peggy Mayberry Cox, Radford, Va.; grandchildren Jodi Denise and Greg Winter, Manhattan, Kansas, Cheryl Alice Cox, Radford, Va., Jason Lee Cox, Snowville, Va.; great-grandchildren Casey Lee Cox, Snowville, Va., Kaylee McKinzey Cox, Snowville, Va.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Elder Don Singleton officiating. Interment will follow at the Dishon (Page) Cemetery, Snowville.
