Charles “Lu” Joseph Costello Jr. born June 15, 1927 passed away peacefully March 11, 2019. He is survived by his wife Dee Costello, children Shan Costello Kilby, Mark Costello, stepchildren Christine Elizabeth Fones, and Daniel E Fones. Visitation will be March 15, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 am at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg, VA. Service immediately follows with Father Dennis Sossi officiating.
