Cook, Ashley Nicole

Ashley Nicole Cook, age 26, of Blacksburg died, Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael David Cook and grandfather, Bill Cook.

She is survived by her mother, Joy Cook Dunford; son, Michael; daughters, Harliee and Savannah; sister and brother-in-law, Stacey and Eric Akers; fiancé, Michael Whittaker; niece, Kaylee; nephew, Logan; her dogs, Buttercup and Teeter. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Austin officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McCoy Funeral Home to help offset expenses. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm Wednesday at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
