Collins, Lillian Lee

Lillian Lee Collins, 67, of Blacksburg, died on Monday, October 15, 2012. She was born in Montgomery County, Va., on July 8, 1945, to the late Charles Sidney and Georgia Ann Trussell Collins. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Collins; and sisters, Berta Price, Shirley Wiley, and Kathleen Collins.

She is survived by her sisters and a brother-in-law, Elizabeth Alexander, of Christiansburg, Mary Ann Dean, Margaret and Claude Shabazz, all of Radford, and Edith Collins and Georgia Bonner, both of Blacksburg; three brothers and a sister- in-law, Tommy Collins, of Blacksburg, and Bill Collins, Charles and Maxine Collins, all of Christiansburg; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Leslie Dean officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 20, 2012, at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg, Va., 540-552-3211.
