Cole, Catherine S.

Catherine S. Cole: December 08, 1919 – July 12, 2008. She was born December 8, 1919 in Draper and was the daughter of the late Lydia Spence and John McPeak.

She was Pentecostal by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oakley Harold Cole: a son, Harold Monroe “Buddy” Cole: two brothers, Andrew Spence, and Roy Spence: three sisters, Hazel Dillon, Mabel McPeak, and Laura Edwards: two grandchildren, Greg Cole and Sarah Cregger, and one great-grandchild, Tanya McGrady.

She is survived by two sons: Ronnie Darnell Cole of Pulaski, and Gary Dale Cole and his wife Della of Pulaski: three daughters: Emily Rupe and her husband Thomas of Pulaski, Elizabeth Spence and her husband Elwood of Manassas, and Glennis Cregger of Pulaski. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren, and her favorite pet, Gypsie.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the Bob White Blvd Church of God. Visiting will be MONDAY from 6 until 8 p.m. at SEAGLES.
