Coake, Evelyn Nichols

Evelyn Nichols Coake, 92, of Pulaski, VA died Sunday night, February 25, 2018 in the Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin. She was born in Roanoke, VA on June 12, 1925 and was the daughter of the late Lemon Nichols and Verna Spencer Nichols. She was also preceded in death by her husband Arnold Coake, her sister Shirley Moore, her daughter Wanda Stevic, a son Nelson Coake and by a great-grandson.

Son – James Everett Lynskey
Grandchildren – Lattie Jones, Nelson Coake, Travis Coake, Kyle Stevic, Erina Lynskey, Jonathan Lynskey
Nine Great-Grandchildren
Nieces, Nephews and Cousins

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 11:00 AM from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in Dublin Cemetery. Visiting will be Wednesday evening at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM.
