Clark, James Daniel

James Daniel Clark, 71, of the Trigg Community, Pearisburg, VA, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Giles Community Hospital. He was born October 31, 1939, at Goodwin Ferry, VA, the son of the late Harvie Lee and Laura Bell Gillispie Clark. He was also predeceased by two brothers and seven sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline F. Clark, of Trigg; two daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and Larry Van Henry, of Narrows, Patricia and Joe Kessinger, of Radford; two sisters, Anna Bell Stafford, of Trigg and Marie Clawson, of Baltimore, MD; five grandchildren.

Funeral services are Saturday, May 7, 2011, at 2:00 P.M., at the Wesley’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Trigg with Pastor Mike Watson officiating. Burial in the Clark Cemetery, Trigg, VA. The family will receive friends during visitation at the church Saturday, May 7, 2011, from 11:00 A.M. until service time. The family is in the care of A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate.
