Chinault, Paulette Ruth Wooten

Paulette Ruth Wooten (Paula) Chinault, 61, of 5709 Alum Spring Road, Pulaski, Va., died early Wednesday morning, November 19, 2008, at her home. She was born in Alabama on August 8, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Paul Wooten Sr. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Dwight David Wooten; and by her husband, Gary Randall Chinault Sr.

She was a nurse having worked for the V.A. Hospital in Salem.

Surviving are her mother, Ruth Moore Wooten, of Dublin; two daughters, Dianelle “Dana” Turner, of Pulaski, and Farron Chinault Lowry, of Dublin; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary Randall “Randy” Chinault Jr. and Billie, of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Mariah, Olivia, Cooper, and Cole; a very special friend, Jerry Scott, of Riner; sister and brother-in-law, Ann and Wakely Austin, of Lynch Station, Va.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Jannett Wooten, of Christiansburg, Jeff and Chelsey Wooten, of Dublin, and Paul and Ramona Wooten, of Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2008, from Stevens Funeral Home with the Rev. Don Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski County. Visiting will be held on Friday, November 21, 2008, from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski, Va.
