Chasteen-Campbell, Shelby Jean

Shelby Jean Chasteen Campbell, 71, formerly of Pembroke, Va., departed this life on Thursday, September 4, 2008, in Rossville, Ga. Born in Pembroke on November 7, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Samuel Nathan and Birdie Merrix Stevers. She was preceded in death by brothers, Leslie A. Stevers and Ronald Bobbit Stevers. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Randy and Ron Campbell; her sister and brother, Darence Kanode and Lindsey Stevers, both of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Ashley Steifel, Heather, Brittany and Courtney Campbell; and daughter-in-law, Carol Campbell.
