Celebration of Life: Sally Louise Spangler

Sally Louise Spangler, of Floyd, Va., left this life on June 18, 2020.

Sally was a strongly independent person who accomplished much while doing things on her own terms. She was a kind, caring certified nurse anesthetist and an amazingly skilled and generous licensed acupuncturist. Sally was a dedicated horsewoman who participated in endurance and competitive trail rides. She was preceded in death by her parents, Audrey Faye Rose Spangler and Frank Winston Spangler and her brother, Roger Allen Spangler.

Friends and family are invited to join us for a Celebration of Sally’s Life on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 3 p.m. at her chosen resting place on the grounds of her former home at 534 Falling Branch Road NW, Floyd, Va.
